Johnson Elborne Expand Presence in the United States

Johnson Elborne are pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Larocca, who will lead the firm’s newly established US office as part of its strategic international expansion.

Michael becomes the first member of Johnson Elborne’s US based team and will be responsible for building the firm’s physical headhunting coverage across major US trading hubs. His appointment reflects the firm’s continued investment in regional expertise to support global commodities clients.

Michael joins Johnson Elborne with extensive experience in executive search within the commodities and trading landscape. He has advised clients across trading houses, investment firms and market participants, bringing a strong understanding of front office trading environments and the talent demands of US markets.

Based in the New York, Michael will work closely with the firm’s global leadership team to support client delivery and develop the US platform in line with Johnson Elborne’s long term growth strategy.
